Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Off the Floor is run by Aayla Secura LLC dba Sarvixo, 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203. Contact: ryan@sarvixo.co.

2. What we collect

• Account: your email and a password (stored hashed by our auth provider, Supabase).
• Plan: whether you have an active plan. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Usage: page views and basic device data through privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics, and Google Analytics if it is switched on).

We don’t collect your resume, and we don’t see your job applications: you apply on the employer’s own site.

3. How we use it

To run your account and plan, to answer support email, and to see which pages people use. We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t share it with employers.

4. Who processes it

• Supabase: accounts and plan records.
• Stripe: payments and billing.
• Vercel: hosting and analytics.
• Google Analytics: page analytics, only when enabled.

5. Cookies and storage

We keep you signed in using your browser’s storage. Analytics tools may set their own cookies. You can clear these in your browser at any time.

6. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account while it is open. Email us to delete it; we remove your personal data within 30 days, except billing records the law requires us to keep.

7. Changes

We’ll change the date above when this policy changes.
